Ladies only area

Our club features a totally private and separate ladies only area. This area provides facilities for a complete workout, and includes a selection of pin loaded machines and free weights.  Including machines designed to target the tummy, hip and thigh area.  This private area allows you to feel comfortable and relaxed whilst working on your program.

This 30-45 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.  Your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast.

Is the indoor cycling workout which will lead you on a journey of total calorie destruction.  Burn 400 calories in only 30 minutes.  Spin cycle is the perfect low impact work-out for all levels of fitness, with the intensity controlled by you.  Great if you want fast results.

Figure Focus is a 45 minute strength based class that will leave you feeling toned and terrific. With fun music and high energy, you can condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome.

Spartan circuit is a 30 min high energy interval training class that will have your heart pumping and burning calories. The class will help to increase fitness levels, as well as tone the entire body. It combines weight lifting, cardio, plyometrics, and is a full body workout that will leave you feeling pumped.

Circuit, core and more is a 45 minute class suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. This class may consist of circuit training, core work, or any other exercise to help tone, strengthen and burn calories. This class is designed to increase your metabolism and improve your muscle tone. This is a conditioning session that targets fitness levels, burns fat and sculpts muscles.

Just Abs is a 30 minute core conditioning class that will help strengthen and tone up your mid section and give you those washboard abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

Strength intense is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you into overdrive; to go hard, push harder and get you fitter super fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weight lifting, cardio and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.

Group blast is a 60 minute freestyle class that is suitable for all types of fitness levels. Classes are diverse and always different, as the instructor incorporates a wide variety of fitness components suitable for everybody. Classes may consist of circuit training, strength training, flexibility and balance etc.
