GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Run by qualified instructors who will help motivate you to maximize every workout and achieve fantastic results. The fun group environment also provides a great way to meet fellow Voyagers on your journey to excellent health and fitness.

A high intensity 30 minute metabolic body weight workout that has you burning calories for hours afterwords. Short & Intense!

Spin cycle is the perfect low impact work-out for all levels of fitness, with the intensity controlled by you. Burn 600 calories in only 45 minutes.

This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.

A fun, safe and effective form of exercise for all ages and fitness levels. A cardiovascular class focusing on upper and lower body conditioning.

This high intensity 40 minute class will push you to your limits. A trainer will be on hand to ensure proper technique and keep you motivated.

The class involves a mixture of spin, running, body weight exercises, resistance and core exercises which will leave you well and truly satisfied.

Taken by local marathon runners Rachael Moloney & Toni Gracia, this class will offer variety but also give you a great workout.
