This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.
This high intensity 40 minute class will push you to your limits. A trainer will be on hand to ensure proper technique and keep you motivated.
The class involves a mixture of spin, running, body weight exercises, resistance and core exercises which will leave you well and truly satisfied.
Taken by local marathon runners Rachael Moloney & Toni Gracia, this class will offer variety but also give you a great workout.
